Mitsubishi Rolls Out Premium Pack for Lancer
Mitsubishi has added a “Special Edition” package to its Lancer lineup that includes a standard power sunroof, cruise control and remote keyless entry.
The package also includes interior and exterior appearance upgrades. Prices for the upgraded Lancer start at $16,704, including a $605 destination charge.
The Lancer SE adds 15-inch aluminum alloy wheels, chrome door handles and color-keyed mirrors on the exterior. In the cabin, the SE model features black Alcantara seating surfaces with vinyl bolsters, chrome door handles and silver mesh instrument panel accents.
It is powered by a 2.0-liter SOHC four-cylinder engine that makes 120 horsepower at 5,500 rpm and 130 pound-feet of torque at 4,250 rpm. It returns 27 mpg in the city and 34 mpg on the highway.
Options include a $485 CD changer package that includes a six-disc CD changer and a $258 appearance package that adds a scuff plate, front and rear mud guards and a bright exhaust tip. These accessory packages are also available for the base ES model.
