Models change shifts near the Roewe WC2 concept car from Chinese automaker Shanghai Automotive Industries Corp. (SAIC) on display at the Shanghai Auto 2007 as it opens to the public in Shanghai, China, Sunday, April 22, 2007. The Roewe is the first own-brand car produced by SAIC, the longtime Chinese partner of GM and Volkswagen AG. The company’s Roewe 750, was based on the Rover 75, which SAIC bought from Britain’s bankrupt MG Rover Group.
